From teary-eyed to party animals.

I leave every wedding pretty exhausted, but the second I get home, I upload and look through my favorites from the day only to find moments I had already forgotten. Grandma crying as you get in your dress, the boys having beers over a game of poker, the flower girls losing every petal possible before the ceremony even begins, mom’s shaky hands as she buttons your dress, the groom trying to hold back tears as he sees you walk down the aisle, uncle BOB trying to talk to every person possible at cocktail hour, the groomsman who accidentally split his pants dancing, the lighting of the sparklers after dark as you run to your new life together through everyone who lasted to the end. It’s. all. perfectly. imperfect.
